What is FuktPro?

FuktPro is made for moisture documentation on construction sites, inspections, renovations, and follow-up work. The app helps you collect drawings, measurement points, values, photos, notes, and signatures in one structured workflow.

The goal is to make moisture documentation faster, clearer, and easier to share — without paper notes, loose photos, or scattered files.

What you can do with FuktPro

📄 Import drawings — add PDF drawings or images and use them as the base for measurement points.

🎯 Place measurement points — tap directly on a drawing and mark exactly where the moisture value was measured.

💧 Register moisture values — add value, method, material, room or area, comments, and status.

🟢 Automatic status colors — values can be shown as normal, elevated, or critical based on defined moisture limits.

📸 Add photos — document visible conditions, damage, drying measures, or construction details.

✍️ Sign reports — add a digital signature before exporting the report.

📑 Create PDF reports — generate structured reports with project info, drawings, points, comments, photos, and signature.

🏢 Company profile — add company details, logo, and report footer text for a more professional PDF.

Moisture limits and assessment

FuktPro can help visualize moisture values with simple color status indicators. The values are meant as guidance and should always be assessed together with material, measuring method, temperature, humidity, construction type, and professional judgement.

Normal / approved

0.0–16.9 %

Can normally be considered acceptable for timber before further work, depending on the situation.

Elevated

17.0–19.9 %

Should be checked further before closing the construction.

Critical / high

20.0 % and above

May indicate increased risk of damage, mold, or rot over time.

Drying and practical follow-up

When moisture values are elevated, good air circulation is often just as important as heat. Too much heat without proper air movement or dehumidification can make drying less effective, especially during winter.

🌬️ Use circulation fans to move moist air away from the construction.

💧 Use dehumidifiers when moisture needs to be removed from the room.

🌡️ Avoid relying only on high heat — controlled drying is often better.

🧱 Do not close wet constructions before the cause and moisture level are assessed.

❄️ Be aware of condensation risk when it is cold outside and warm inside.

🛡️ Install vapor barrier correctly and quickly after insulation when required, to reduce the risk of moisture behind insulation.

The free version is intended for simple local documentation. You can create a basic project, import one drawing, add measurement points, photos, and keep the documentation stored locally on the device. FuktPro+ is made for professional use with more drawings, reporting, cloud backup, and company profile features.

FuktPro is designed to store only the information needed to provide the app’s core features. Project data, drawings, measurement points, comments, photos, company profile details, and reports may be stored locally on your device.

If you choose to use account, backup, or synchronization features, some data may be stored using Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, and Storage. This can include account information, project metadata, drawings, measurement points, and uploaded images.

FuktPro is a documentation tool. Final professional assessment of moisture values, construction conditions, drying measures, and building risk must be made by a qualified person.

Terms of Use

By using FuktPro, you agree that the app is provided as a documentation and support tool. The app does not replace professional judgement, building regulations, technical standards, or qualified inspection.

FuktPro+ is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
