No regular account<\/h3><p>FiskeFlo does not require a username or password. AI fishing tips and OpenAI<\/h3><p>Necessary information about the selected place, species, weather and tides is sent through a protected Firebase function to the OpenAI API. The API key is never stored in the app. Data submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI models by default. The API provider may retain limited logs for security and abuse prevention in accordance with its terms.<\/p><\/article>\n <article class=\"ff-legal-card\"><h3>6. Storage and deletion<\/h3><p>Places and monitoring choices are mainly stored locally on the device. Technical logs and the anonymous Firebase identity may be retained as needed for security, troubleshooting and operations. Local data can be removed by deleting choices in the app or uninstalling the app. Contact us to request access or deletion of data associated with the anonymous identity.<\/p><\/article>\n <article class=\"ff-legal-card\"><h3>7. Location and notifications<\/h3><p>Location is used only after iOS permission to find local weather and tide conditions or save places. Notifications are used only after permission. Both can be disabled in iOS Settings. Monitoring can be disabled or deleted in the app.<\/p><\/article>\n <article class=\"ff-legal-card\"><h3>8. Subscriptions and payments<\/h3><p>Payments are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Drift Studio receives subscription status and necessary transaction information, but not card numbers or Apple ID passwords. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled in the Apple account subscription settings. Apple shows the final price and terms before purchase.<\/p><\/article>\n <article class=\"ff-legal-card\"><h3>9. Service providers<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Google Firebase<\/strong> \u2013 anonymous authentication, App Check, cloud functions and technical logs.<\/li><li><strong>OpenAI<\/strong> \u2013 AI analysis of necessary conditions data.<\/li><li><strong>MET Norway<\/strong> \u2013 weather data.<\/li><li><strong>Kartverket<\/strong> \u2013 tide data.<\/li><li><strong>Apple<\/strong> \u2013 purchases, subscriptions, App Attest and notifications.<\/li><\/ul><p>Some providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable agreements and lawful transfer safeguards.<\/p><\/article>\n <article class=\"ff-legal-card\"><h3>10. Sharing, sale and advertising<\/h3><p>Drift Studio does not sell personal data. FiskeFlo does not use the data for personalised advertising. Data is shared only with providers required for features, security and payment, or where required by law.<\/p><\/article>\n <article class=\"ff-legal-card\"><h3>11. Your rights<\/h3><p>You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable. You may withdraw location and notification permissions, object to relevant processing and complain to your supervisory authority. Firebase App Check with Apple App Attest helps reduce unauthorised backend requests. Children<\/h3><p>The service is not specifically directed at children under 13. Guardians may contact us if they believe data about a child has been processed and request deletion.<\/p><\/article>\n <article class=\"ff-legal-card\"><h3>14. Important notice<\/h3><p>Fishing scores and AI advice are guidance only. Catch cannot be guaranteed, and AI may be wrong.
